Hungry Shelf is a personal recipe organiser. Use this page to reach us about the app, your account, or Hungry Shelf Plus.

Email

Write to hungryshelfinfo@gmail.com. We aim to reply within a few business days.

Include your store (App Store or Google Play), the email on your Hungry Shelf account if you have one, and a short description of what went wrong.

Cancel or manage Plus — subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, not by us. Cancel in App Store → Subscriptions, or Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.
Restore purchases — open Profile → Hungry Shelf Plus (or the paywall) and tap Restore while signed into the same store account you used to buy.
Delete your account — in the app: Profile → Settings → Delete account. Or follow Delete your account if you no longer have the app.
Import / photo scan / voice — tell us the source link or what you scanned, and roughly when it failed, so we can check server logs.
